Formed in 1994 by Creative Queen-Mary Ellen Alexander, Eventures’ is dedicated to designing bold, captivating events. We love to work collectively to invent unique and unforgettable experiences.

Callie was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After graduating from high school she began north bound on 35, where she attended the University of Oklahoma. (BOOMER!) During her time at OU, Callie was the life of the party, landing multiple event related internships. Armed with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Non Profit Organizational Studies, Callie could not wait to jump right into the event industry.

Callie has been a part of the Eventures team since 2013. In her role as Production & Purchasing Manager (aka Curator of Dazzle) Callie's expertise in organization and details makes her a fabulous asset to the Eventures team. She, much like Santa, makes her list, checking it twice - but rechecks it over and over to ensure that no unforeseen obstacles find their way into our set-up days. Callie loves the behind-the-scenes work of events, and we couldn't function without her flawless devotion to excellence.

Callie and her husband, Philip, have two beautiful daughters, Lennon (4) and Kennedy (6 months). In the summer, she can be found lounging by the pool with her kids or playing golf with her girlfriends. She loves to shop, travel, and spend time with her family!

Chandra doesn’t blame it on all her roots, born and raised in southern Oklahoma, she took her passion for numbers and having grown up with her family ranching to Oklahoma State University where she obtained a Bachelor's and Master of Science in Agricultural Economics.

A country girl at heart, Chandra moved to “The City” to start her career. She has work experience within the banking industry and the private and government sectors throughout her career.

Chandra has always had an enthusiasm for the event industry. Helping friends plan parties for their special days has always come naturally to her. More recently planning her son’s birthday parties, has brought her the most joy because she loves the process but understands having to keep a budget!

As a dedicated and detail-oriented financial professional, Chandra is currently the Financial Project Manager (aka Financial Fashionista) at Eventures and has been with the company since 2019. She not only crunches the numbers but Chandra can also be seen helping set up and strike events on occasion. She’s not afraid of the hard work and is always willing to help her Eventures team.

Chandra currently resides in Katy, TX with her husband Rob, son Rhett (6), and her fur baby Chief. She enjoys time with her family and watching her son play sports, going to the beach and the pool in the Summer, and coming back to Oklahoma for work and visits with family and friends. But Chandra is always up for a girl’s night, happy hour drinks, belly laughs, and shenanigans!

Crosbie grew up in Oklahoma City and studied Communication at the University of Oklahoma. She has always been intrigued by events and the various aspects that go into organizing them- from florals and invitations, to the color schemes and designs, to the music and entertainment, and keeping an orderly timeline. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Crosbie worked as a design assistant, while doing event planning on the side. She ultimately knew that event planning was her dream and came to do that full time. If she is not working, she is living life to the fullest enjoying all the experiences  Oklahoma has to offer from, fabulous restaurants, live music, exploring the outdoors, and more.
